A fairly easy find between Old Denver Highway and The New Santa Fe Trail
This is a good one for new cachers but has a twist for everyone. It is the replacement of an identical cache that was muggled and archived but is back "by popular demand".

It is convenient for passersby on I25 who can exit at Monument or Baptist Road and take Beaconlite / Old Denver Highway to the cache then get back on the freeway at the other end.

A convenient parking spot is at the baseball field parking area at N39 05.242 W104 52.116 although the nearby trailheads for The New Santa Fe Trail make for a nice walk or bike ride.

DO NOT LEAVE TRACKABLES or anything of value in this cache as it is frequently muggled!

We found this before- not sure why we had a dnf before- brought a new cachet and this was fun for her. We left a new log and some small trinkets. Tftc

While my area family members were hard at work, I decided to spend my day geocaching in Colorado Springs and beyond. I started in Manitou Springs and traveled north in my quest for mostly earthcaches and virtuals...

This ended up being my only traditional cache of the day. I was grateful it was a super easy one after several I’d done (with help!) the previous day in Fort Collins. Thanks for a fun find.
