A challenge to get to in some parts of the year which will be obvious once you set your sights on the location of this cache. Finding this cache will include a short walk and a water feature. Easy to find once you are on top of the coordinates.

For most of the summer, look for where the geese hang out and aim toward the south end of the lake. Summer takes comittment, simply look under the flotilla. Spring and late fall access are easier, but prepare for some muddy shoes. This cache is not for mid-winter hunting unless you like shovelling snow. The theme is native seed from local wildflowers. Plant, water, and grow some of Colorado's high-elevation flowering plants. Please ensure that the bags are sealed when you are done. Enjoy.

Wow. This is the first time I wish I had read the attributes before I walked to the gz. No one in our group was prepared to go for a chilly swim so we just waved at this cache. So close and yet so far.

After being the first to DNF on this cache when it wasn't there, I decided to give this another shot. Easy find this time on a quick walk out on the snow. Had to dig just s little bit to find it. I was a little uneasy due to the clear "Trespassers will be prosecuted" sign. It seems clear that this is not a public space. Thank you for placing this cache and helping to keep our recreation going.

Happy Thanksgiving! A nice morning to be out caching in the mountains. I got a little exercise before hitting the couch for football, beer and turkey. Parked at a neighborhood access point and followed the trail out to this one for a quick find. Cheers!

found it and signed the log after a bit of a walk into the bog! wanted to leave a TB we had on us but it wouldn't fit into the container... fun idea for a cache. was a bit smelly! ha. the interior of the container was wet but the log remained dry in the ziplock.
