This cache is at the summit of Mosquito Pass. Approximate elevation is 13,228. Placed during the moderate trail ride from Fairplay to Leadville at the Mountain Mardi Gras 4x4 Event. There are several caches along the trail that describe the best routes and links to info about the area.

Found it right as the weather started to get iffy. Cache is in great shape(DRY!) and there are a ton of finds in the logbook not listed here on the web.

Hiked up from the Leadville side today. The road was really bad and we didn't want to damage our Cherokee. So... I hiked Great views at the top and I grabbed a couple others while there. TFTC!
