Placed in celebration of our 24th wedding anniversary in the heart of our northern Colorado Playground! Between Red Feather Lakes and the Poudre Canyon, with the Rawah Wilderness to the West and our home on the high plains to the East.

Drive Larimer County road 69 North from Rustic or South from the Pot Belly Restaurant near Red Feather Lakes. There are a few places to park near the side of the windy road, but be careful parking and crossing the road. This is a nice, high overview on the 69/Manhattan Road. Happy Caching!!

In June 2014, we placed a Love Lock on the Pont des Arts bridge in Paris, throwing the key into the Seine, and several hours later part of the bridge collapsed from the weight of the thousands of locks.  Included in this cache is a trackable Love Lock LLDPAT for the FTF to take to another cache.  We have locked it, and thrown away the key!  Perhaps the FTF can take the lock to a cache location that holds a significant memory or story?

Today is our 48th anniversary, so of course I had to go for this one. Based on the logs I corrected the coordinates to the ones Mountain Roamer provided, N40 44.558 W105 36.080, and they were spot on. I highly recommend doing this, because if the original coordinates are really 60 feet off, that makes for a tough search in this territory.

Unfortunately my noncaching hubby took a spill on this one, requiring a few bandaids. Nice anniversary gift. He survived though and we hope for many more anniversaries. TFTC!

Harder than a 1.5 (both difficulty & terrain). Way off from the coordinates. Have to use Mountain Roamer coordinates.

Found this while up camping at Dowdy Lake. I must say we found the terrain to be higher than a 1.5 and we, too, found it using Mountain Roamer's coords. Glad to see a large cache after all the effort. Of course four days of rain didn't help the terrain. Only fell twice. Really slick when wet. TFTC
