Of all the hiking and biking I have done at Mt Herman, I never saw
this trail until I was biking with my geocachekids Jack and Jane.
Every time we go back we bike on the "secret biking trail" so I
decided we should place a cache there. The cache is about 50 feet
off the trail. Jack wanted to suggest it be biked to.
Congratulations to pricelss7 and Grice83 on Co-FTF, traveling by
mountain bike no less!
The history of bikes is an interesting one that dates back to
1817. All of the bikes pictured have been milestones in the
development of the modern mountain bike.
"If you line up all the mountain bikes in America tire to tire
and rode a bike along that line, it would take 36 weeks riding 40
hours each day at 15mph to get to the end of the line."
