I need to know the subject of the sculpture, and who is the artist that made it. E-mail me the information, don't post it here.

2-3-05 a quick note. I reposted the co-ords with better accuracy. this should be much closer. Thanks to Dale for helping me out.

Great idea for a virtual cache - too bad there can't be more like this. Favorite point for sure!

We waited until last night to change our plans for today. The original plan was to go to Potters Pond GC3B to get the final cache for our Jasmer. But the roads are still closed there with two feet of snow covering them.
So now we're on our way to Grand Junction stopping for view points and caches along the way.

We are spending some time in Colorado on our first trip to the USA enjoying the beautiful countryside and doing some caching along the way. Today we came into Fruita for some grocery shopping and went into the downtown area where people were enjoying the sunshine after the early morning fog.
We have sent the answers to the CO.
Thanks for this fun virtual cache.

Day 5 of an epic 6 day journey out to the western frontier. I had some vacation time that I needed to burn up by the end of the year, and what better way to use it than to go Geocaching! My main goal was to find caches in New Mexico and Nevada, which would complete my map in the western US. The rest of the 4 remaining states are on the East Coast. Secondary goals were to find oldies, mostly virtuals, and high favorited caches. The only bad part of the trip was that it rained every single day of my vacation.

I headed south out of MN on Sunday and returned home on Friday.
Sunday - Drive all the way through to Colorado (15 hours!)
Monday - Cache in and around Denver and Colorado Springs, with an attempt at Pike's Peak (closed at Mile 14)
Tuesday - Head south towards GC19 and then west through Wolf Creek Pass
Wednesday - Four Corners monument and west towards Nevada
Thursday - After a night in Richfield, UT, head east through the skiing areas of Colorado towards Nebraska
Friday - The long drive home

Thanks to all the cache owners for placing these caches for me to find and for keeping the oldies going all these years.
Very cool virtual!

To think I'm in Fruita and almost missed this one. Brought back memories when I was little and we had these.

Heading from Kansas City to California to see the granddaughters. Had to drive so we could pick up a few more counties. Left Burlington, CO, this morning and ended in Salina, UT. Got to see western Colorado for the first time. Went from temps in the low 60s to the mid 90s during the course of the day. Grabbed quite a few virtual and traditional caches. Great day and great caching.

Oh no! Had to also read the near by information board.
Thanks for the smiley.

End of the second full day of my "EPIC Adventure 2018" trip with Brewce. Today was a big day....3-Y2K caches, one of which I need to complete my Jasmer for the third time. SO excited!! Also on the agenda was a Y2001 cache which Brewce needed AND anything that crossed our path.

We headed out from Milwaukee to the great West, on the agenda were: 8 - Y2K caches, completing my 3x Jasmer and setting me up nicely for 4x Jasmer, virtual geocaches, webcams, challenge caches, caches helping complete already signed challenges, high favorite pointed caches, and, most importantly, fun and laughter along with anything else we wanted to stop and do! We achieved all those things and more, so much more. Smile We saw things we never knew about or never thought we would see - amazing! Our timing for the entire trip could not have been planned any better. Driving by car is the best way to see America, it allows for impromptu stops and deviations, which we did...many times....and on this trip we drove a total of 4,500 miles and all I can keep saying is "wow, just wow!!" of all we saw. One of my best adventures ever thanks to geocaching, thanks for being part of it!

#Lifeisgood ...well maybe not for everyone at GZ Wink

Interesting diversion off the interstate to see this one. Wish I could post a pic without giving it away, but my midnight visit wasn't conducive to taking a decent pic with my phone either.

My mom always said I ran around like an animal similar to this...

Thanks for creating this virtual to bring us here tonight.

My wife and I are on a 3-week road trip to the Tetons, Yellowstone, Moab and places in between. Today we stopped in Fruita and enjoyed some funky sculptures, including this one. We grabbed a very nice lunch at a little pub across from the sculpture and then went on our way to Moab.

Can't believe I made this almost 15 years ago! Been a popular CACHE.

Disappointed the brass at Geocaching has done away with virtual caches.

Thanks to those that have visited! Thanks to those that will.

Keep the subject in your thoughts as he is a celebrity.
