Park in the Pollock Bench trailhead parking lot. The cache is about a mile hike from the trail head. There is about a 250 foot altitude gain.
This cache is located on one of my favorite hiking trails. I encourage you to hike the whole loop if you have time. I placed this cache with my family. My wife and I took our five year old and twin four year olds and started up the trail until their legs grew too tired to go any further.
The cache is a rubber maid type container. The orginal contents were: a reading light, Cats and Dogs DVD, 2 bugs, 2 snakes, 3 lizards, a turtle, and a frog.
The cache should not be too difficult to find once you get to the spot.

YES! Another series of trails to add to our list and it started with a geocache find. A bit spooky for us Flatlanders, but for a good cause (geocaching) it was worth sending Sylvia for this one. :)

A nice trek to the cache. It looked like fresh mountain lion prints in the mud on the trail. Took 25 cents. Left yellow dino. sl TFTC
