Found the likely rock, but no cache anywhere. Area has high muggle foot traffic.

I found the rock, like others before me, but didn't find the geocache, like some others before. Perhaps the last cacher to report finding it didn't put it back in the right place? That's too bad, was hoping to see some Mardi Gras swag.
