Because this is completely hidden I rated it a 2. Terrain is flat and mostly grassy. You can park at the nearby lumber yard and you will have to cross the tracks.
I am hidden in the landscape. I am not at the exact coords but within 10 feet. I can hold very small items and a log is present. BYOP. Traffic is high at times from the nearby highway muggles may or may not be present. This is a great cache for travelers as it is directly across the highway from the regional airport.
