Who hasn't been driven crazy by a catchy song getting stuck in their head?  Earworms, also known in the scientific community as involuntary musical imagery, are a universal experience.  Simple and repetitive songs make the perfect earworm.  In one study, Queen songs held 3 of the top 6 spots on the list of strongest earworm songs.  My apologies if this cache is an earworm for you.  Try humming something completely different, like "Happy" by Pharrell Williams... it's not repetitive at all  .
