The cache is an old fishing tackle box. The only thing you will find at the coordinates is a bunch of salmo irideus. The cache is NOT there! It is at the point 374 feet away, where the salmoirideus bears 246 degrees "TRUE". There is a marshy area that is a protected wetland! The cache is not there (hint)

I decided to head for the hills around Central City for some caching today. I made the find here at 10:40 am. Thanks for the cache! First find of this cache in almost 2 years. The cache is in decent shape considering how long it's been there. It was an easy find once I got to the location with good coordinates. I didn't realize how old this cache is until I looked in the log book at the first entry from 2002. Those were the days when people took time to actually write something in the log instead of just a name or stamp now.

What a fun little cache in a great part of Colorado. All credit for the find goes to Walk About Lady who discovered the error in my orienting. Found the cache in 15 minutes and the hills were the filled with the sound of joyous discovery! Thank you so much for this cache and for having placed it way back in 2002!

I thought I had this one solved ahead of time. Silly me I solved it backwards! Inga and I had a nice hike through the woods where I finally made the find. Thanks for keeping this old one alive!
