The building has kerb appeal… can’t imagine why it hasn’t sold yet . Looks perfect for some upscale apartments… close to downtown, on a transit line, a safe area, close to trails, and a view of the mountains. The plywood window treatments are particularly attractive. What’s not to like!? TFTC!
