When the local community college was first created its name was El Paso Community College and it was located in the two large buildings you see south of hwy 24 (Cimarron Street). The community college has long since moved on and changed its name to the local land mark here for which Colorado Springs is known for. Perhaps the original name was too confusing with the EPCC that resides in El Paso:)

This cache is not accessable from hwy 24 so don't even try. Use Naegle Rd to find this cache.
