Start this cache 2.2 miles south of Glen Haven.  Drive all the way up to the trailhead at the end of Dunraven Glade Rd (CO RD50B).   Follow the dirt road up to the trail, then wander up past another excellent cache RAVEN VIEW (GCNXPP).  Keep on down the trail, and you will soon meet a junction.  Take a quick left and you're almost there.

Bela is a Goldendoodle with a penchant for the scrumptious biscuits that SCARLET makes...  We wanted to share these with all of your furry friends, so the cache includes laminated RECIPE CARDS and DOG BISCUIT COOKIE CUTTERS.  Woo Hoo....

Happy Caching!!!

My girlfriend and I made the climb up Signal Mountain today, making a quick stop for this cache. It was dry and mild at the TH and a whole different story up top - the wind was howling and the snow was falling. Maybe about three fresh inches and probably a zero degree windchill. People really are crazy about their dogs out here! TFTC!

My two sons and I went for a hike on a beautiful day. I apparently set my backpack with in two feet of this cache before proceeding to look elsewhere for it. My son's laughed at me when they discovered how close I originally was. We really appreciate the dog biscuit recipe and cookie cutter. Can't wait to make some for our three pups. Thanks so much for placing this one and adding to our fun hike.

Great little clearing to take a break. Hit this one first on my way down the miller fork. Tftc!

KingJr invited us with on a snowshoe trip, and we were more than happy to have a reason to hit the hills again. It's been a few months since we've hit a trail by foot so it was a welcome change. We didn't intend to do this trail today - we initially planned on the North Fork trail, but that trail is still ~ CLOSED ~ from the flood. Glad to have 2 choices at this trailhead. Hit this trail and immediately started the uphill climb. It's still, exhausting, and challenging at times. The start of the trail didn't need anything but the shoes on your feet, at least up to the cache. We got to the cache without anything eventful, and was happy to find the ammo can in the woods. Signed the log with trail conditions from the trip so far, then we replaced it and continued up the trail for another 2 miles.

Shortly after visiting this cache, we put the snowshoes on. The trail wasn't too bad, but the extra traction helped. Most of the day had a slight snowfall coming down on us, but nothing that accumulated. Temps seemed to hover in the 20's / low 30's all day.

On the way back to parking we enjoyed the mist in the valley, we seemed to be above it and it was a beautiful sight. That capped off a pretty excellent day. Started the hike at 9:00am, back to the Jeep by 3:00pm.
