This cache is the little brother of two exactly like it in Colorado Springs and in Apache Junction, Az.

A guardrail is placed in order to protect the traveling public from dangerous items along the roadway. Usually these items are bridge ends, steep slopes, and bridge piers. This one placed for me to hide just another guardrail cache, you have seen many guardrail caches before, some easy, some clever and some not so easy, which is this one? Log only cache. There is parking off the main road. Please watch for traffic. Bring your own pen. PLEASE LEAVE NO CLUES.

This one was great. I was not excited to look ok for a 4.5 d on the side of a busy road on Sunday but we were protected and got to work. We started by taking apart what seemed to be poor workmanship on the device but moved in. After about 5 minutes we had the log in hand. Extremely creative and well designed container. Favorite one! Thanks fir the new one in the area and for the geofun!
