The physical cache is not in the pond (no need for diving gear). You are currently near Twin Rivers Park playground.

At this multi-cache marker, near the playground by the parking lot is what the local community refers to as the "Speaking Stones". These are four concrete cubes, made to look like children's wooden play blocks. 

Use the blocks, position yourself behind the stone in the southeast, look northwest, line up with your eyes two stones to sight in your actual target, a pylon (usually lit at night) to find the cache. Four blocks and four pylons...coincidence? I think not. Yep. You're a real Indiana Jones right now. 

Travel to the specific pylon you spotted. There you will find what you seek. (Please when found put back just as you found it, beware the muggles, they're everywhere)

Well well we came out and found the Lumineers and crawled on the cement and looked and sweated and looked some more. Then I decided to read the logs and there it was cache is missing!!! Omg!! My coworker said coming back well we went on an adventure today.
