Found it. But I would suggest that coordinates should be N 40° 24.333 W 105° 07.718 which are about 33 feet SW (204°). This will help keep you from searching in the very thick dogwood plants at the posted coordinates. It's a new cache and it is in great shape. Signed the log and replaced the cache. Thanks HammenAdventures for the new cache.
