part of the part of the Matrix series hides.
There is no easy way to this cache. I recommend wearing long pants and good shoes to avoid getting torn up on the cactus, bushes, yucca and other obstacles. Depending on which way you decide to approach this cache you may also want to bring a partner and a rope. I did this alone in shorts without climbing gear after checking on my other caches GC1RRWV GC1RT2Z

There are rattle snakes, deer, mountain lions and maybe some coyotes native to this area. Please note the terrain rating and prepare appropriately.

There is a bonus cache placed in the area for the FTF. If you can find it from the note left in the cache you can then decide if you want to claim your prize or put the note back and leave the adventure for the STF or so on. Let me know in your confirmation log so I know to prepare

Found with the Geopup, who had no problem until we reached the notch at the top. It was some fun lifting a 50 pound dog up and down that chute, but we both did fine. Will move the TB that has been stranded there for more than a year. It was a nice workout and great views from the top; thanks for the fun!

Went at this the 'back way' - kayaked around the toe of the northern peninsula and 'parked' in a little inlet, then hiked up the slope. I just went randomly up as I could find a way, and when I got near the top I stopped to check my GPSr and was almost on top of it. Never saw anything resembling an arrow, but the cache coordinates are right on. Did not take the travel bug because I already have another one to drop off - left a small stone butterfly.
