This is a nice place for a walk around the park or a great place for the kids to get their lines wet. This pond is reserved for young anglers only. Young in years not young at heart. This is a wonderful place for kids to get a taste of having a nice trout pull on their line. My girls love fishing here.

Our local wildlife officer and his wife started a kids finshing day for our first graders many years ago. It has only growin in success ever since. The kids take a day off from school and get to go fishing as a class, afterwards they can take the fishing pole home with them. It has brought a lot of people to the sport of fishing.

You are looking for a nano that is camoed quite well by the big guy up stairs. You my have to search high and low for this hard little cache. It is a short walk from the parking lot but the trail is paved. This is a busy park most days so stealth maybe required. You will need to bring your own pencil. Thanks for searching this one out.

i might have found an older cache since the last log was 2017, but i’m not sure! i almost didn’t go down there because of a huuuuuge spider but i waited til it was looking the other direction tftc!
