What fun! Even though cache seems to be missing it was worth every step!

We looked everywhere but our gps would not hone in. At one point it said 182 feet then jumped to 120 feet without moving. We never could get the needle to move. No campsite to be found and it was getting dark. Bummer to hike so far and not get it....I did notice last find was 3 years ago...

Out on a long hike with our dog on this beautiful October 1st day in 2011 and thought we'd find a couple of caches along the way. This cache is in a natural place to stop along the trail which came in handy but it wasn't exactly where the coordinates took me with my Garmin 60CSx. I left Ave Fork where I found it and took the oval GPS vehicle sticker. This cache is about full!

Awesome hike and hide. Almost considered giving up but would not be denied.
Took nothing. Left Mac Arthur High science fair medal from Lawton, OK. Thanks for a GREAT CACHE! This is definitely a favorite. This is what geocaching is all about!

This is something of a rare cache: clean, well-stocked, missing the empty shell casings, rusty washers, beer bottle caps, etc. Every cacher hopes (expects?) to open a container with the same result. Too often though, these same cachers find something to take but don't follow the guideline of trading with something of equal or greater value to ensure the cache's continued maintenance and quality. Too bad! TN, left a B&W oval GPS vehicle decal and dropped off Hobart's Traveller 32 geocoin. Great cache, great hike...Thanks!

Very nice day today for a hike despite the irregualar weather we have been having. Did not realize i was this close to this cache. It showed on my GPS and found it. I left a Kleen Kanteen "S-Biner". Took nothing. Found the "Butano Benchmark" and left it. TFTC.

Found this one today while staying at the Avalance Campgound. Head a little bit further to the bridge that crosses Hell Roaring Creek. It sure is ROARING! Thanks for the beautiful hike!
