The Young Giant

· A tiny boy is snatched away by a giant who suckles him at his breast until the boy grows huge and strong.

· He's so big that when he returns home, his parents don't recognize him. He eats up all the food and they kick him out.

· So he finds work at various tasks, disenchanting a haunted mill by withstanding blows while he's at it. He doesn't collect wages but instead wants to give blows to his employers, which they usually can't withstand.

· And then he wanders on with his giant iron staff and does more giant-y things.

· Fin.

5 Logs: Found it 5

Although we had crossed this creek the day before when we came out here looking for a campsite (they were all full, I'm sure & we couldn't have gotten our truck with bed camper in here anyway as the trees are too low), we had scraped the rock in the creek. Waawhoo offered for us to get in his Jeep (with our geodog) so we could move quickly out this spur. We had just run into Seek da Cache and they said they decided to replace this one so was a find for us.

Fun day 4 wheeling and caching with WaaWhoo, Memfis Mafia, gotyour6, seekdacache and BackCountryHorsemen. Thanks for placing all the caches for us to find. Logs signed Tobin’s Meet & Greet.

We cached our way up Lefthand Canyon to the Morning meet and greet. Off-Road? Event. At the event we were discussing about the 4X4 caches everyone wanted to do after the event. We had already gathered some caches that we wanted to get done up to and around Brainard Lake so we parted ways. We thought we might run into everyone once we completed what we wanted to do and sure enough we saw the group on the Caribou Trail. We joined waawhoo, GotYour6, Memfis Mafia, Back Country Horsemen, and Honeybuzzed to complete the trail. We had a great time 4 wheeling, caching and enjoying the mountain weather. We replaced a few caches that had numerous DNF's and one that had a broken container and no log. Signed some of the logs with our stamp and some with the group of Tobin's Event. Spent a lot of time searching for this one. and could not come up with it. WE placed a new container with log at GZ to keep it going. TFTC

Signed just after seekdacache put a replacement cache here. Having some fun today. We signed as a group as top not take up much log space. Having a great time with 3 Jeep JL's and one cherokee on the trails. Thanks for the hide!
