Caching today in Monument with Nerak2001 and geodogs on this beautiful day. Thanks for the fun puzzle cache! Found the cache lying out in the open, replaced at the base of the pine. SL.

We really enjoy hiking and caching in this open space, so we brought gampa's brother and his family (visiting from Houston) with us today. We let our nephews and niece lead the way and they spotted this cache quickly. Signed log; everything is in good condition. Thanks for placing and maintaining this fun puzzle cache.

This cache was not in the plan for today, but I struck out on two puzzles caches and decided to try this one. And what a nice alternative this turned out to be. This was my first visit to this area and it was an enjoyable hike. I almost gave up at ground zero, but the lion must have been bored after such a long rest and done something to attract my attention. And there it was. Perhaps there used to be a zebra at the Homestead cache? Anyway, this was fun. TFTC.
