The Clunker trail is 1.3 miles point to point and is considered moderate in difficulty. Some mountain bike trail guides call it Klunker Trail. It is a local favorite and rarely will you find the trial without someone on it.

This area starts getting hot in the sun the first day of spring, so plan some water. The trail is in excellent condition and children hike it all the time.

Stay on the trail and make a loop out of it returning by the Gunny Loop, Bunker, or Holy Cross trails. 

Please notice that some of the rocks are fragile and will break in your hand.

NOTE: a valuable clue to find Clunker Trail #8 can be seen
