The Fez Bandits found this one at an elevation of 5,102 feet above sea level on a beautiful, mostly sunny, 75°F afternoon. I biked to the cache along the South Platte river trail. The cottonwoods lining the river are near their peak fall colors. TNLN. TFTC!

Took a quick 2.5 mile walk along the Platte River Trail with NTM after work this afternoon and grabbed 7 caches. We enjoyed the clear sky, a calm river and many ducks. Thanks for all the caches, everything was in great condition.

I got out of work yesterday and I still need size regular caches, so I decided to come this way. Beautiful day with the sun out, the wind is still just a little cool. Wish I had some sunscreen with me, I'll have to get some to keep in the car. I wasn't going to stop here, I was just going after regulars today. But future me was being a little lazy and wanted to save myself walking out this far when I came back to get the non-regular size caches along the trail. Glad I did, the cache had been muggled. The container was still there, top not on the bottom and the contents scattered. I salvaged the swag I could and pocketed the swag I couldn't to throw out later. The log was nowhere to be found, so I signed the paper backing to a sticker (I think) and put everything back in place. The container is in good shape so I won't flag this as needs maintenance, but it would be a big help if a future finder brings a replacement log. Thanks for the smiley! Find #2194,
