Coords were off, took us to the neighbor's house (who also has flamingos in their yard )! After looking around their fountain for awhile, we decided to try the neighbor's house, where the well is. Couldn't find anything after a lengthy search so P413 knocked on the door and just asked. The cache hadn't been placed yet. So we got the FTF by default (since another cacher had just left). Thank you for placing this cache for everyone to enjoy

We looked everywhere for a while with no luck. So we decided to ask the homeowner. The cache hadn't been placed yet. First to find because of luck. The coords were off by a bit, it took us to the neighbor's house.
