We placed this one while camping just down the road.  There's good parking next to the creek, and you'll need to cross it to find it.

The cache is a micro with only a log.

Stopped to take a stretch break on the way up to Bears Ears 2 cache, made a quick find and signed the log. TFTC

On our way to Bears Ears, we had hoped to try to reach the top and grab a FTF but unfortunately we got too late of a start and had to call the hike off, that left us time to do some caching. We looked & looked for this elusive cache, we didn't want to give up since the owner had recently been there, but after at least 30 minutes of fruitless searching we reluctantly had to give up and continue on our way... drats, foiled again by a micro!
