Terrain Level Higher if you hike to the cache. It is about a 3.15 mile round trip hike. Use NF356A or NF717 to 356A.(See Attached WP for trailheads)
You can Four Wheel Drive, Quad or dirtbike to the cache with ease...

Once you get to the 717A and 308 Trail head, head East out the ridge to eliminate the up and down of the powerline trail. Stay on the jeep road and you should be all set.
Woodland Park Overlook - This is our backyard to tranquility.
On your way to the Overlook you might want to grab the Tranquil Hideaway Cache Series.

When you arrive enjoy the beautiful view of Woodland Park to the East and Pikes Peak to the South before you crab the cache.

On the way in or out you'll pass an old Homestead that was abandon many many years ago..

11:14 AM Having completed our 64th Colorado county on 8/5, we are settling into a 2 week stay in Divide.

Today, my wife and I hiked 717A (and beyond), which starts just up the road from our favorite rental in Divide. We continue up FR308 to hunt this cache before cutting across to rejoin 717A. We ended up intersecting Grouse Road and looping south and then walking CR25 back to the trailhead. Just over 8 miles in all.

Enjoyed the hike to this cache and the nice hide.

I signed the log a couple of spots below W&T and estes01. Thanks, Sportslane, for the cache.

Out for some exercise with WingsAndTales. Great spot for a cache. I'm thinking we could have driven here, but it was much better to walk...I think. :-)

We had a nice walk up the road today and only saw one person on an ATV. I'm sure it is a different story on the weekends. The container is in fine shape and the contents are dry. TFTC
