I swung over here at the end of the day on a hope and a whim that I could find this on my first try. I saw that several others found this difficulty, so my hopes weren't that high. But I bought a flashlight and a good brimmed hat to keep the rain out of my eyes.
I searched for a bit and then got the right idea. It wasn't that simple, but I don't want to give any spoilers. Found without a hint. Well done!

So thrilled to find this evil cache without any outside help ! Took two trips, both very hot days. You outdid yourself on this one - wish we could give you more than one favorite point.

Seems to be a pattern of circling around each GZ today and this was no exception, with tons of potential hiding spots! Would love to say that I found the container immediately, but it took some serious effort! Very clever hide that earns a fav! Signed log and left to go get a cold drink. Thanks for a challenging one!

Wow I thought for sure I had little to no hope of finding this one especially when I saw who had dnf’d this one, so much so that I didn’t even bring a pen! (I had to go back to my car to sign the log & it’s been a long time since I’ve had to do that. Actually I couldn’t figure out what exactly I would be looking at & when I saw the tunnels I thought for sure it was going to be a clever hide in one of those. At least I thought I would be shaded from the 92 degree sun beating down. But as I got closer I realized where I’d actually be looking. No respite from the sun here, but at least no one else was around either. The possibilities here are endless & I tried a few different ideas until randomly & just stumbled upon a possibility & tada! There it was! Very tricky, thanks for the challenge. Fortunately I found it fast enough that I didn’t melt.

I had a lot of fun here, even though it is 1000 degrees out. The tunnels were fun too, and I don't have to duck.

DNF redeemed. Messaged OUT14ND3R when I was almost done with my appt. He was game for meeting up here. I showed him something suspicious that I looked at the day before, and of course, he found it right away!
