This is a 14 cache series with the theme of fun, learning, and “higher” education. It is a fun way to experience some beautiful landscapes and places as well as have fun, learn, and maybe even challenge yourself a little. Caches can be done in any order (with exception of 5
th grade, 8
th grade, and 12
th grade). You will need to be observant because there will be clues that you will need if you choose to continue your education!
Welcome to Higher Education!!!
This cache marks the starting point for the series "Higher Education." There will be 14 different caches in the series that will follow the grades from Kindergarten to 12th grade - with a bonus cache if you graduate high school and go to “College.”
If you chose to further your education - you will have a special cache at grades 5th, 8th, and 12th grades - each of these caches will need clues from the previous caches in order to solve them. You will need a special tool to discover one of the clues!!! Check the attributes.
For example: to complete Grade 5 you will need clues from grades K-5. To complete grade 8 you will need clues from K-8. To complete Grade 12 you will need clues from K-12. So keep your eyes open to the clues and make sure to write them all down! If it is easier you can take a picture of the clues.. BUT PLEASE DO NOT POST/SHARE THEM!!!! Happy hunting & learning!!!
Each grade will get progressively more challenging and exciting!
You can do the individual caches (with exclusion of 5, 8, 12) in any order.
In your quest (if you chose to undertake it) will open your minds and your hearts to a beautiful location that is very dear to me. You should see some breath taking sights many people will never see.

“Kindergarten Stars”
Just like at regular school you will need your own writing tool! Since the theme is Kindergarten Stars I thought it would be fun and light-hearted to share some funny and endearing stories with each other. It is completely optional - but thought it would be a fun way to connect with other geocachers. What is your most favorite memory of kindergarten? When you log online if you would like to share please feel free to share what you remember best about your kindergarten experience. If you do not remember your own experience feel free to log about your child or a child you knew. Humor is always appreciated.
My favorite Kindergarten memory is of my daughter. She was a tiny girl with a HUGE personality. She also had a slight speech impediment. They had a show at the end of the year called “Kindergarten Stars” and she really was one! When she did her part all her "Rs" came our really cute as "Ws or Ls" it was absolutely adorable. Everyone laughed and sang her praise because her personality just filled the whole room! I can still hear her saying her lines proudly and loudly in my head (she is now 18!!!) This first cache is dedicated to her as well as to the small child inside of me that also always dreamed of being a “star!” The area around GZ is where I had my own kindergarten experience.
When you get to the area it is important to use stealth when discovering the treasures that lay within the cache – remember clues can be seen when all the pieces are there!
Just as Kindergarten is easy – so is this cache. This is the easiest cache in the series! Enjoy!
CONGRATULATIONS to SeekDaCache for being FTF!!!
I look forward to reading your logs and sharing in your joy as you experience this wonderful place!
Enjoy the surroundings. Take care of each location. Be careful not to leave any evidence that you have come. Extreme caution should be taken so as not to arouse the suspicion of the surrounding muggles. The youngest muggles can be a challenge as you are trying to avoid detection. Take a moment and enjoy the hidden treasures around you.
If you have any questions – or concerns – Please email us. I want this to be the best caching series ever – and I know I have steep competition as I love thematic cache series. I love the series’ by
The Green Cat & Snuggly Kitten I have been very inspired by them and hope the geocachers who experience my caches have as much fun as I had exploring theirs!
