A very old wooden beam rig

This is a small Micro. Bring your own writing instrument
There are many good hiding places here. This spot was an old oil field camp. You can still see some of the foundations. The prize of the area is a old wooden framed rig. My friends want it in their backyard. To claim the cache e-mail me a picture of the rig. Please replace the cache as found.

Did not find. Rig has been flipped onto its side so cache may no longer be viable

On our way home to CA after nearly 3 weeks on the road. Had a great trip and this was a bonus find! Our first CO find and we got to see something we never would have seen if not for this hide. Very Cool!

Sorry about the late logs as I am just learning how to log my finds — This was one of 125 caches found during Geowoodstock (the week before and the week after) with my brother USN Radio Chief and my friend Tatortott. Log dates are approximate. This two week trip was my introduction to Geocaching and my first time exploring Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, and Utah. Not only were we cache but also exploring National Parks and monument. Thanks for the hides and all the really beautiful spots these caches were located.

Day five of a two week Colorado / Kansas / Utah / Nebraska geocaching, camping, and national park adventure. We are two brothers visiting from Camp Lejeune , North Carolina and Conway, Arkansas driving around and exploring the world through geocaching! Ultimately ending up at Geowoodstock 14er. Today's route started at Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park and ended at Dinosaur National Monument via Colorado National Monument.

I loved this one - good to find a lonely cache in this trip - found the bison laying on the ground - last logged in 2014. Really cool ruins - thanks for the cache!
