The wife and I were excited to get out and visit this new open space and snag some of the newer geocaches in the area. We got a later start than we wanted but the clouds moved in and we hiked in rainshowers for the final few miles of the hike. All in all, a great 9 mile hike!

We were pretty far along in our hike when we stopped for this one. The CO had mentioned that the wife would like this one so I let her take lead. She spotted it right away. Then came the groans and rolling of eyes. We quickly sat on the ground to work out the puzzle. We tried a few strategies but ol' trusty ended up working. I laughed afterwards because I realized the pattern. The wife disagreed with the pattern and felt like it was more chaos. Regardless, we made the find. Dropped a jeep TB and another for the next finders to enjoy. Great cache - earns a favorite from me! TFTC!

This one definitely gets a favorite point from me. So much more fun to do than the regular hunt for the container and sign the log. Really brilliant! Wish I could say more, but don't want to give anything away.

Hiked the loop today with estes01. Next time will be on a bicycle! We arrived at GZ and found the container. I think we had gone through at least 90% before finding one with a slight clue. It was literally the last one that fit that clue that was the one we needed! It's a good spot for this type of cache - far enough from the trail to be able to search in peace. TFTC!

Great Cache... new hiking loop, discovered on the 4th of July. I had no pen, so I used a pine stick to score the log sheet.

yea, a puzzle I could solve! This unique cache gets a FAV. SL, rt'd to location. TFTC & for always providing "help" when I PAF. You 2 are great. Spooked up a fawn walking back to the car. Saw a couple Indian ceremonial trees that were blackened but still standing.

Wanted to check out this new trail and this was the first cache we came to. Had a good laugh when we opened the container. Sat in the shade and after a while had the log in hand and signed FTF!
Lots of fun and a favorite for sure! Thanks
