 Hints

There is limited satellite coverage here. Find the Chavez Trail sign. Find the tree on the other side of the trail from the sign. Look under the rock that would make a nice sitting rock. Please replace the two rocks well, so the cache is hidden. Otherwise, this one will get muggled!

Thanks for the hide! It’s cool that this one hasn’t been found in months!

Based on the previous log, I knew where not to look. Made the find rather quickly and started my accent out of the canyon. TFTC. On to the next.

This was a true nightmare as the signage has changed. Maybe modify the hint to the lower Beaver Brook Trail sign. Climbing up the hill is definitely wrong (and dangerous)! Stay close to the path. I found it, but it was a struggle. TFTC!

No luck finding this one.

Bouncy GPS down here and I think some landmarks have been moved in the 10 years since the geocache was hidden. Good thing the hint was descriptive. Was able to figure out whilst the geodogs bathed naerby.

I'm glad you had lots of info in the cache description because that may have been the only way we found it. GPS was bouncing around all day. SL. Thanks.

Out enjoying a nice morning on the Chavez/Beaver Brook trail - solved the puzzle in Greasepot's Rocky Mountain Hideaway and decided to explore the rest of the loop and grabbed all the caches along the way. When we got to this one, the Geodoodle enjoyed splashing and a little drink from the stream. When I went to search for this one, though, I had a steady stream of muggles from either direction. Fortunately, I spotted what I thought was Ground Zero and used it as a rest spot until the coast was clear and made the find. The hints were very helpful for this one! TFTC!

Today was a rainy morning, but perfect for coming down the Beaver Brook Trail because it was not too hot. I did not come back on the Chavez Trail because the stream was so high! I will have to find the other caches from the other side! It really rained hard just as I got back to the car and it hailed on I-70 on the way home. Once again, your clue was the only reason I found it. My GPS took me to the other side of the trail and I could not find anything the made sense. After I sat down to think about it--it was obvious! Thanks for the cache!
