I learned about this ancient Geocaching folk lore from my Geocaching Papppy, back when I was only Nano High to a Ammo Can. Legend Has it the Great Croc-adile Done-Tree (nick name "smilely") would emerge from within the deep depths of the mountains to spread fear among all Geocachers near! He would appear from nowhere looking happy and friendly. But as soon as any Geocacher would find out, as they approach he would lunge forward to snag anything within reach. If he was successful, he wouldn't just sit there a gloat with a big grin! (Hence the nick name "smiley"). If you desire too seek this creature out be aware that he might not look fast but he just might be. As the story goes the last Geocache who attempted this feat lost a red bison tube as smiley lunged uncontrollably at the Geocacher.

Spotted it quickly. A hard location to keep ones footing.
Tried to cover it a bit better than I found it.

I don't know if the cache was moved or what, but it is hard to believe that I missed this the first time around. Doesn't appear to be a throwdown, however, as there were signatures on the log from 2016. Glad to get this off the frowny list. Thanks.

Crikey! Nearly lost my hand to this one.

The tube had fallen away from the point a bit and was laying exposed in the dirt. Much better secured now.
