I came, I saw, I conquered but did not find. I either was not searching in the right spot or it was somewhere I did not reach. Yes, I was on my stomach. I enjoyed the hike though and would have given it a favorite point if I had found it.

The forest service sure knew how to increase the difficulty of this cache - they didn't just close the road, they erased it. They basically plowed the old road bed and covered it with brush and logs, and not just at the beginning, for the entire way. Couldn't even walk on it there was so much stuff in the way. Picked up the poor lonely monkey TB, as it's been there long enough, then went on the Jeep Trap. Thanks for the cache and the exercise!

Well Ernie66 and I just couldn't resist grabbing an FTF on an Adrenalin Junkie cache. We kept looking for Hartsdale, but he didn't appear. Fun caching day in an area I'd never been to before, and excellent views from the cache site. I'm just wondering when I'm going to spot an elk! TFTC.

Estes01 and I drove out to Jeep Trap (well, she drove and I just hung on for dear life). After that we decided to stop and make the short hike up to see some cheese. Not as much deadfall and climbing as your usual caches
, but it was a great view of the reservoir and surrounding hills. Left a coin, thanks!
