I always get stuck on this type of puzzle.  The cache is not at the published coordinates but they are stuck in here somewhere!

this one i could not make heads or tails to solve so turned to my computer whiz caching buddy and he solved it fairly quick... how does one end up with such puzzles for caching??? quite a few bikers and dog hikers out this morning... TN L-marble... T4TC, SL.
