Rim View-easy to find micro-bring a pencil
A 4wd road takes to this wildlife management area, from there you must walk. The cache is not far, only 0.22 miles. The terrain is fair flat and follows a rim rock edge overlooking an impressive deep valley. The cache is an orange waterproof match container, just a short way down from the rim where you can get a good look at the valley. It is tucked under a stack of rocks, so locating it should not be too troublesome. Left vehicle 11:48. Return 12:18 I forgot bug spray. Upon returning to Laramie, I only needed 1 pint of blood to get the dip stick back up to normal. See profile and google maps in the pictures list My favorite activity here is howling at the moon with the local coyotes. I don't usually share that information After looking over google earth images, it appears a much nicer view can be obtained by hiking farther down the rim out of the trees (N). The BLM-State property boundary fence is a good guide, but better views are a bit inside the state land.(open to hiking)

I do believe I have now found all your caches! I suppose we didn't find the right road either. We parked about .88 miles away from the cache and took off through the timber. It was pretty rough with all kinds of downed trees and then the tree started getting closer and closer. I was glaring holes through the back of Hubby's head, but he tells me all the time that I don't HAVE to follow him. Anyway we found the cache with out any problems. Beautiful spot! After finding the cache we had lunch and followed the fence back out. The walk back was about a 1.5 miles, but alot easier walking. Dipped my new favorite TB and TNLN. TFTC

I've been hoping to get to this cache and the two caches near the summit of Bull Mountain for a year now, but never have taken the time, until today. I did not locate the correct jeep road, so I had a mountain bike ride in of about 1.5 miles (each way), plus a hike of 3/4 mile each way. But it was a great day for outdoor activities, and I enjoyed getting to the cache a great deal. Signed the log as {FTF}, more than a year after it was hidden and published. It's a tougher cache than I had anticipated, and is quite remote, at least from the way I approached it! Thanks for this fine mountain cache!

Of course my puppy Teewinot was with me, flying alongside as I biked, and then hiking with me!
