Nice little walk in the woods, about .8 from the beginning of the trailhead.

When you get to the correct place, you will see 3 outcroppings of rocks. One looks like a frog, which was begging for a geo cache. Bring your pencil.

Neat little area. Been very close to this one before, but never quite made it right to these interesting rock outcroppings. Took the coin, and left kid's ring and a key chain.

I had a very nice hike in from the trailhead. There's a big mud patch just before the parking for the trailhead so I had to park down the road a bit. I didn't see anybody else on the way in but I saw and heard a handful of people on my way up to Winiger Peak. There's an old table along the Blue Dot trail. I'm guessing it dates back to when there were still roads running through here, because I can't imagine why anyone would roll a table a mile down the trail. I also saw a bunch of pasqueflowers.

Waawhoo FTF this morning! What a gorgeous area. Lots of columbines out along the trail in there still a whole lot more wild flowers that have not come out yet. it has been way too long since I have came up Magnolia Road. I think I need to come back here and explore again. Thank you for this great hide!
