Every excellent view spot should have a cache. This spot is special because you can hear a good water flow. One of the kids in our group excitedly said "I can hear the river", so the cache name was born.
Located along NF 2711 trail. You may need 4WD to get to this one depending on climate and conditions (and time of year). A lifted, tricked out Red Rubicon is recommended ;).

Second one of the day. Thought it would be a lot closer to the road....... Much farther hike then we wanted for a quick find, but nice anyway.

Out jeeping with Team Red Rubicon again! Today, Team Laxson, Red Ruby, Takes the Hard Way and I made a run on several trail--Cumberland Gulch, Apex Road, Miner's Gulch, and Yankee Hill to name a few. We had a great day and grabbed quite a few caches along the way.

Thanks!
