A beautiful river & location
A lovely town by the Dakota Wall in Southern Colorado. Cuchara means spoon, which is the shape of the valley that was carved by the Cuchara River.

You can park anywhere in the town, then walk to the cache. It is available in the winter, but it would be cold! BYOP, no room for trade items.

We were staying at the B&B right next to the river and saw there was a Geocache only 100 ft away!
Great fun in this cool town.

It took some searching, but I came up with this cache in a short while. I enjoyed the brief stop in Cuchara - a beautiful little town and on a great drive on the Highway of Legends. Thanks!
