Found this on the way to solve a big multi- talked with the park ranger about where we were going and he told us about some very cool features along this trail corridor that would be great places to place a cache.... just sayin! ( He did mention this "property" )
:) all was well and dry with this one. tftc

I walked out all the caches up this valley- my first visit. I noticed later that I'd missed a benchmark up higher... and then it seems I'll also need to come back for the final of a popular series I'm almost done with!
Can't believe they had glass pane windows, but opted for natural air conditioning !!
My wife says pass on the listing 'cause the yard's not fenced.

An extra L O N G hike from the last cache to this one. I would be interesting in the property, but there was no price listed so I imagine I couldn't afford it. Since we needed to make the top for the DB event we opted not to make the steep climb up to the cache on the peak. But this one was hidden well & in good shape.
