A cache in an unusual location.
The difficulty has been raised to 4 based on the advice of Mondou2. He said it so I believe it. He even said it was devious. Higher complements cannot be paid to a cache placer.

This cache may present difficulty for some cachers to find while being relatively easy for others to find. The area does have muggles during school starting and ending times.

It is important that this cache be carefully restored to it's orginal position after being found. Once you find it, you will understand.

There is NO direct freeway access to this cache. Don't even try. There are appropriate off ramps to the east and west. Safety comes first.
