Takes less than an hour  Scenic view  Available at all times  Parking available  Park and Grab  Seasonal Access

I drive I-70 back and forth from Denver to Gypsum many times a week. I'm usually listening to my favorite radio show, Opie & Anthony as I drive by. Good place to park and go hiking and fishing. Although I have never caught a fish here.

Geotrucker friendly, but you have to walk about a quarter mile to get to it. But other vehicles can park within 200 feet of the cache, and off the pavement.

STL. TFTC. More later

With the GeoTour all but completed when I started out this morning - I only had the Visitor’s Center left to find (and that took me way longer than in should have - I blame low caffeine levels), I got to spend most of the day banging around Estes Park and the environs finding other caches, before I headed down to Breckenridge for the night. I had a lot of fun finding non-Tour caches in Estes Park. Since I was trying to also complete my Hidden Creatures souvenirs I admit to going after some of the easier caches, but for the most part I tried to pick some interesting locales. I’d like to come back and do some of the hiking caches, but the altitude bothered me when I start climbing or going up hills. I’m fine at speed on a straight away. But going up hill even for short distances labors my breathing. But it is pretty country and I really enjoyed spending time in the mountains - even with my crap rental that battled up every hill. On the way to Breckenridge, I stopped In Frisco and had a bit of a walk around the town. Picked up a couple of caches, before heading south for the night.

Made the mistake of using the obvious parking spot.

I’m just meandering my way over to Glenwood Springs and figured I’d stop and grab a few caches along the way. Thanks for placing this here! SL

T F T C - - - - Another day of Geocaching in Colorado and having a blast. So many GREAT caches to find on my vacation. Going to head west to the mountains today. Staying in Centennial with a good friend.

I appreciate your efforts in placing this cache for our geocaching enjoyment. It is always a great day to be out and about geocaching. Good job! I had a fun time finding it. Once again, TFT$ LTFAHG-Like to Find and Hide Geocaches.
