Another in the alphabetical pie series. My stomach is growling just thinking about this pie. I might have to run to the store and buy some lemons.
This pie has two tablespoons of cornmeal in the filling. It's the perfect touch for a lemon pie.

4 eggs
1.5 cups white sugar
2 T cornmeal
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c milk
2 lemons, juiced
1 9 inch pie crust

Combine everything with a wooden spoon.
Pour into pie crust

Bake 350 for an hour, or until set.

Devour!
