This may or may not be a very high muggle-traffic area.  We planted this cache at a roller derby bout (Naughty Pines vs. Punchy Brewsters).  looks like the coords are a little off. SO, until I get a chance to get back down to FoCo (maybe someone can give me some updated coords?), I'll go ahead and tell you that it isn't in the parking lot, it is attached to the structure.
Get low. Like you're in roller derby stance. BEND YOUR KNEES! STAY LOW!
