I hadn't been on this part of the trail before. The view gets better as you go. TFTC

Estes01 and I were looking for a good hike and this one looked interesting. Only 6 miles round trip from parking, a lot less than the other caches further up the trail. As we approached, a light rain started falling, but fortunately it stopped quickly. Signed the log and headed back down into the thick of the poison ivy. TFTC!

Well, I wasn't expecting the elevation gain on this one...not really a problem but just unexpected. We had successfully navigated the poison ivy and flying bug infestation before the start of the Powerline Trail. And then it was all UP from there. A lot of UP, but at least no bugs or poison ivy. Thanks for the exercise and the adventure!

After nabbing a FTF on a nearby hide my trail continued. I made my way up to this one only to find that it also was very NEW! awsome! enjoyed the views and signed the log. TFTC

I saw this one post and new exactly where, what, and how to go for it.

With the kindof early heat wave this month, I headed down this way before sunrise.

Once on the valley trail there was a nice cool breeze coming at you and was at my back on the way out, that made it a good long hike.

Finally got to GZ and opened the container and grabbed the FTF prize, Thanks!

Thanks for another fun container to hunt for!
