Other than the wind, the weather was pretty nice, so I decided to do some caching with the boys after LilRyRy's swim lesson. The log in this one is damp. Thanks for the cache!

Wow, today was really windy but I decided to cache anyway. I had a terrific caching day, wore myself out! Thanks to all the COs who placed these for my geo-fun.

I agree with the hubby, it is light green.

Normally I don’t like power trails but I signed a challenge earlier this year that is going to require a big final push towards the end of the year. So here I am chipping away at that challenge and finding your cache(s) along my route. Signed log “PMC” to save space on the log. All is well here with the cache.

Some may call me seriously mentally ill. Some may state that I am in a state of mind that prevents social interaction. Some may say I am in a state of mind that prevents normal perception and or behavior. I prefer to say that I tend to do the same thing over and over again, but I expect different results. That being said, I believe we only live one life and I am trying to make the best of it. I thank you, writermommy for placing a fun geocache to fuel my "insanity" or addiction as I call it. I appreciate you bringing me here so that I can sign my alias on a piece of paper that you have hidden.

I look forward to finding more of your geocaches. I also look forward to potentially finding geocaches with you one day and sharing stories of our insanity... I mean hobby or addiction? Cheers!

We were suppose to cache around the Colorado Springs area back in June during the Amazing Geocache Race III Event: Unfortunately Mrs. SDC took a tumble the night before we were suppose to leave and was bedridden for 3 days Frown. We were finally able to get down to this area and do the majority of caches that we had compiled for that weekend. We had a few DNF's and did some maintenance on quite a few caches. It appears that there has been a lot of rain down here as we replaced a lot of soggy logs. The weather was hot but we got a reprieve Monday night with a nice cool shower just as we stopped for the day and went for some dinner.

We also had a goal to find as many of KJKlock's caches, as we've heard that they will be leaving us soon and might be archiving their caches.

SL, TFTC

Thank you writermommy for placing this cache for our enjoyment.
