More than 350 species of birds have been spotted at Barr Lake State Park.  The main entrance to the State Park is from Picadilly Road.  The park hours are 5 a.m.-10 p.m. A daily pass ($7) or annual pass is required for entry to the park.  Permission for the cache placement was granted by Michelle Seubert, Parks Manager.

The cache is located near the Barr Lake Nature Center in an area where birds are often seen.  Please be gentle with the container.  Open the container from the base.  Please do not remove the container from the hanging spot.

At the visitor center and luckily, no rain, just cool and windy. We made our way down to the cache followed by a bunch of mosquitos which made for a hurry up and find this cache. TFTC.
