Found this after a nice 3 days of fishing and camping at North Fork. At first the GPS had me across the road on the hill. Then after reading the details I saw it was not on that side. Once I got that figured out it was an easy find.

Looks as if the CO's are not active anymore so here are the correct coordinates so you don't have to read past logs. N 38 35.490 W 106 14.919. I was getting a little bounce but this should get you close enough.
