Third cache in my Sinton Trail series.
Easy access from the trail and the street. Very close parking. This is an industrial and office park area, so use stealth during regular working hours. Evenings and weekends should make it an easier find. 


Again, If my coords are off, please let me know. My GPS was bouncing a bit, but I think i got it locked on pretty well. Also let me know if i need to change the difficulty level. Shouldnt be to difficult for the experienced cacher.

Parked in the nearby business parking lot under threat of being towed. But no one was around on the Sunday morning and I figured that if I saw a tow truck coming I could get away fast enough. Thanks for hiding this cache.
