This series allows everyone to experience Wherigo. This Wherigo is a Play Anywhere cartridge. A Wherigo compatible device is not required, a PC may be used. The geocache coordinates will be revealed upon completion of the game.

THE CACHE IS NOT AT THE POSTED COORDINATES.

This is a short game of hangman which takes about 5 minutes from start to finish. Or does it? It all depends on you and your knowledge of the subject. Sure you can cheat, but the difficulty level is set to reflect the proud cachers, who choose to use their brains not their computers.

Other caches in this series:

GC7Q9JH -- Hangman CO Wherigo: Constellations

GC7QD0D -- Hangman CO Wherigo: Presidents

GC7Q9K2 -- Hangman CO Wherigo: States

This is a play anywhere cartridge and can be played anywhere even at home from your favorite chair. Use of a Wherigo compatible device is not required. The game may also be played using the emulator tool in the Wherigo Builder program.* The cartridge may be played for geocaches in several states. As the cartridge starts, you choose from a list of states with Wherigo geocaches included in this cartridge. Upon completion of this quiz, you will be given the geocache coordinates. For another state you may restart and play the cartridge again. The game cartridge can be downloaded here: Hangman Flags. The final cache is within 2 miles of the listed coordinates.

This Wherigo is part of a project created by marcipanek. The idea is to have geocaches scattered all over the USA that could be found using this single Wherigo cartridge.

The cartridge has also been uploaded to WherigoFoundation.com as from time to time the Wherigo.com site has issues and this way you still have an option to download the cartridge. Here is the link: Wherigo Foundation.

* 64 bit machines may require two addtional patches for the Emulator to work properly.

I enjoyed the find today. Found with BriGuy. Adventures in the area as we are up for an NOCO event later in the day. Best Wishes, DustyRiver / Terry

I actually looked here last fall but I was using the wrong hint and it threw me off. I found it pretty quickly once I finally got that figured out. TFTC

Found with LostinDenver after the NoCo event. Great hiding spot.

Found with dustyriver. We wanted to come up from Denver and attend an event in Northern Colorado. It has been a few years since we have, so we figured we would make a day out of it. We enjoyed all the finds and we really need to cache this area more often. Thanks for all the fun!

What a day! After work I headed north for the NoCo event. It doesn't start until 6:30, so I have time to grab a few caches first, right? Maybe not. Turns out these events traditionally start early. My arrival 15 minutes early was actually a little late. But I digress.
I started with a puzzle cache. Then to a few traditionals, letterboxes, and then the event. The event was a blast - I even won an ammo can in the drawing! A few quick whereigo's and traditionals afterward and it was time to head south. Wish I could have stayed longer. Ended the night with 22 finds. YA-TAH!
@2lablovers and I teamed up after the event. Love the placement. For the record, this is one of the few whereigos that I am dropping a fav. Tftc!

Interesting cache placement. Log was jammed in too tight. I had to stamp a scrap and put it in. Tftc!

Wherigos are usually the last caches for us to try, but this series of 4 was fun. Thanks for setting up these caches!

Played through the cartridge and got the final coords on my first try, I enjoy these types of WIGs. Stopped by on my way home from work tonight to ink the log. Thanks for your work in putting these together - so neat to have the Colorado versions of all of these so close to home. TFTC

Flew in for a few days, so of course I had to knock out my Dad's new caches! TFTC!

I should have known better, but this one stumped me for a minute!
